Ask a Bad Girl: Are porn stars really happy in their life?

Where there is a great deal of focus being put of the negative aspects which the porn industry, I feel like there should be at least a bit of a positive counterbalance presented,, as I don’t necessarily agree with much of what has been said in the other answers to this question.
This question is a very common one, which indicates to me that it is a topic which weighs heavily on the minds of many. I hope no one minds if I take the strongest points from my previous answers to this question, or to questions which are extremely similar in their scope to this one, and use them in this answer, as they are extremely relevant.
I strongly believe that anyone who gets involved with the porn industry for all of the right reasons, or in other words, because it is something they truly want to do… without coercion, or doing so out of a sense of desperation, can certainly have a very happy, healthy, and fulfilling career, while doing something they find challenging, rewarding, and which they truly love.
In order to make this a possibility, a performer must possess a strong set of beliefs and values, while also having the backbone required to stand up, and maintain those beliefs.
